Account
Download the WowText app, create your account, choose a plan, and complete your purchase. A US phone number will be assigned to you automatically within seconds.
First, check that your subscription is active and your number hasn't expired. Some platforms block virtual numbers — try requesting the code again or use a voice call option if available. If the problem persists, contact us with the platform name.
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → WowText → Cancel.

Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → WowText → Cancel.

Your number remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Ensure notifications are enabled for WowText in your device settings. Check that you have a stable internet connection. On iOS, make sure Background App Refresh is enabled for WowText. If calls still don't come through, reinstall the app and sign back in.
Yes. As long as you renew before your current plan expires, your number is reserved and will carry over. If your plan expires and the number is released, we cannot guarantee the same number will be available again.
Yes. The app works from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. Your number is always a real US number. We also offer international numbers for select countries — check the app for availability.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. For iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, go to your Google Play purchase history. For service issues on our end, email support@textwow.online and we'll review your case.
This can happen if the app was closed during purchase processing. Open the app and tap "Restore Purchases" in settings. If the number still doesn't appear, email us at support@textwow.online with your receipt and we'll resolve it immediately.
Call credits are used to make outbound voice calls. US/Canada calls cost 1 credit per minute. European calls cost 2 credits per minute. Asian and other international calls cost 3 credits per minute. Credits never expire while your number is active.
Outbound SMS is primarily supported to US and Canadian numbers. International SMS availability depends on the destination country and carrier. Contact support if you need to message a specific country and we'll advise on availability.
Open the WowText app and go to your number settings. You'll see upgrade options to Medium or Premium. Upgrading keeps your existing number and immediately unlocks the new plan's message limits and call credits.
