Delete Your WowText Account

WowText – LINKSYNC MZ LTD. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, either directly in the app or by contacting us.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

Open the WowText app on your device.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion. Your account and associated data will be permanently removed.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Send an email to support@textwow.online with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address linked to your WowText account. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Your account and profile information (name, email address, user ID)
Your virtual phone number assignment
All messages and conversation history
Photos and media you uploaded
Analytics identifiers associated with your account

What data may be retained

Purchase and billing records required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes (retained for the period required by law)
Records we are legally required to keep, in accordance with telecom regulations

Active subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the App Store and must be cancelled separately in your store subscription settings. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
